Knowledge Work within specific Business Processes

In this section we signpost how Knowledge Work can be improved within a range of business processes.  It is here that you will find specific lessons relating to each business process. 

In our experience, the state of research varies across these busienss processes.  Some, such as new product development have a large and established body of literature, from which lessons can be drawn.  Others have little research at all.  The articles in this section cover the full range of processes.
