About Us

Hello there, my name is Ian Gregory, and I created KnowledgeWorkerPerformance.com to act as the leading source of knowledge and discussion in this growing field. I've been interested in this subject area for many years, having seen both how well individuals can perform, and how businesses often prevent them from doing so. I think this is one of the hot topics for the years to come, and luckily I'm in good company there.  

My own background includes a Doctorate looking at the transfer of knowledge into businesses, a track record in process consulting, and experience of designing knowledge management architectures. I've worked globally for big corporations and consulting firms and am now a freelance consultant and coach based in the UK. 

Over the years I've become increasingly involved in personal development, especially NLP, of which I'm a Master Practitioner and Trainer, bringing an entirely different set of experiences and skills into the business realm.
